What's that Icon I see at the bottom of every page?



The content pages of this site are part of a frameset, with the navigation bar in the left frame, and these pages displaying in the right. If you do not see the navigation bar at left, click this icon to load the frameset.

In case a page is loaded by the URL directly without a frameset (such as through search results on Google, Yahoo, Ask.com or by clicking a link to open in new window or tab), this icon is a simple, minimal distraction method of allowing users to reload the site with a frameset without having to resort to JavaScript, non-standard HTML element code, or server-side scripting.
